General Terms of Use

Browsing and using this website of Azimuthline Capital Markets Ltd. (hereinafter: "Azimuth"), the various services that will be provided on it and/or through it from time to time (hereinafter – "the site") are subject to the provisions and conditions detailed below. Use of the site constitutes agreement to these provisions and conditions and a commitment to act in accordance with them. The general terms of use are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and will apply to and bind all users of the site.

Azimuth has no responsibility for the risks arising from browsing the Internet or email. It is known that the use of the Internet and email is not protected and exposes the user to risks arising from the structure of the Internet network and the use of a personal computer and/or any other terminal equipment that enables connection to the network (hereinafter, together and separately – "personal computer").
The user is aware that they are responsible for all the consequences of unauthorized use of passwords and other information security measures, if provided to them by Azimuth, and they are obligated to keep the passwords and other information security measures in absolute confidentiality and to prevent any unauthorized use of them and/or the personal computer.
The use of the information on this site is the sole responsibility of the user.

The use of the site and anything arising from such use will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction in any matter related to them.
The services on this site are not offered where their use is not permitted by local law.
