Azimuth Investment House was founded by senior and leading professionals in the investment management industry in Israel, who share together over 100 years of experience in the field.

The company provides an exclusive personal solutions for a variety of client needs in the areas of finance, medium to long-term savings and insurance.

Azimuth was established based on the understanding that in the complex, evolving, and advancing financial world, the client must receive comprehensive and complete financial planning, along with personal and meticulous guidance from a professional and independent entity that will help ensure their future and provide peace of mind.

CEO

Dean Mucznik

Holds a law degree and a management degree from Tel Aviv University. He first joined Azimuth Investment House in 2013 after completing an internship in the capital market department at the leading law firm Herzog, Fox & Ne'eman. He served for many years as an external marketer at Azimuth alongside his activity as a consultant at the Swiss wealth management company IMM Wealth Management. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Azimuth Investment House.

Dean holds an investment portfolio management license and a law license.

Chief Investment Officer

Ornan Solomon

His last position was VP of Investments at Harel-Recanati Investment House and Harel Finance Investment Management. Before that, he served as CEO of mutual funds and as manager of provident fund investments at Tamir Fishman. In the past, Solomon served for about 4 years as VP of Investments at the portfolio management company "Etgar" from the Mizrahi Tefahot Group.

Solomon, who holds an investment portfolio management license, has about 32 years of experience in the capital markets. Solomon holds a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from the Hebrew University, a law degree from Sha'arei Mishpat College and a master's degree in business administration from Ben Gurion University.

Shlomi Ozmo

His last position was CEO of Harel-Recanati Investment House, with approximately 2.5 billion NIS in assets under management and simultaneously served as VP in the Harel Finance Group. Before that, he served for about 8 years as CEO of the portfolio management company "Etgar" from the Mizrahi Tefahot Group.

Ozmo, who holds an investment portfolio management license, has about 34 years of experience in investment consulting and management positions in the capital markets. Ozmo holds a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from the Hebrew University.

VP of Marketing

Haniel Cohen

Holds a Masters degree in business administration (MBA), graduated with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Holds a B.A. in economics and business administration, graduated with honors from the College of Management in Rishon Lezion. He joined Azimuth Investment House after successfully serving in several positions at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank. Cohen, who holds an investment portfolio management license, has about 20 years of experience in the banking system and the capital markets in various positions.

Head of Foreign Investments and Innovation

Nimrod Pincu

Holds a B.A. in economics with a specialization in finance. He joined Azimuth Investment House after retiring from the Harel Finance Group, where he served as VP of Marketing and Sales for agents and clients. In the past, he held various positions in the field of investment portfolio management for private and institutional clients, as well as marketing and advertising positions at the company "Etgar" from the Mizrahi Tefahot Group. Pincu, who holds an investment portfolio management license, has about 21 years of experience in the capital markets.

Ziv Shemesh

Holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University with a specialization in finance and accounting. He joined Azimuth Investment House after serving for 6 years as CEO of "Menora Mivtachim Finansim" and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Menora Mivtachim Investment Portfolio Management. Before that, he served as CEO of Psagot Mutual Funds. Shemesh holds an investment portfolio management license and has about 23 years of experience in investment management in the capital markets, managing tens of billions of NIS.
